Will-Flow 300 Gallon Agitated Kettle with Jacketed U-trough and heavy-duty agitation, jacket rated for 130 PSI at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Trough is a Permasan Model 300 Gallon JHR, measures 32” wide x 70” long x 36” deep, hinged lid with (2) 18” diameter & 6” diameter top openings, and 2-1/2” diameter bottom side outlet. Agitator includes stainless steel paddle agitators with scrapers, welded to common shaft. Driven by 5 HP motor. Will-Flow serial number 76529, Permasan serial number 48482, National Board number 5337. Jacket has been patched. Last used in bakery industry.
