Description
Will-Flow 200 Gallon Agitated Kettle with Jacketed U-trough, jacket rated for 50 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Trough measures 28” wide x 60” long x 30” deep with hinged lid and 4” diameter bottom side outlet. Agitator includes stainless steel paddle agitators with scrapers, welded to common shaft. Driven by 5 HP motor, includes variable-speed controller. Will-Flow serial number 51306, National Board number 5643. Last used in bakery industry.
