Hayes & Stoltz Double Spiral Ribbon Blender / Mixer, 30 Cubic Feet, 304 Stainless Steel. Non-jacketed trough approximately 31-7/8" front to back x 64-1/4" left to right x 34-1/2" deep. Inner ribbon 1-3/4" wide x 1/4" thick, outer ribbon 1" wide x 3/8" thick welded on 1" diameter post welded to 3-1/2" diameter shaft. Driven by 10 HP, 3/60/230/460 Volt, 1735 RPM thru Dodge gearbox, 25.56 ratio. Bolt-on top cover with 1/2 hinged cover and approximate 15-3/4" x 24" opening. Includes 8" x 8" end bottom discharge with manual slide discharge valve. Discharge chute 6-1/4" x 6-1/4" with 32" discharge height. Mounted on painted carbon steel frame. Last used at nutraceutical processing facility.
