Mixer, double ribbon, 100 cubic foot capacity, manufactured by GEM Equipment (Job number 12975 / Drawing number 94117). Stainless steel construction. Trough measures: 84" long x 42" wide x 53" deep and ribbons measure: 2" wide x 1/2" thick. Unit has a 6" bottom discharge with a 4" bottom-side Fluid Control pneumatic ball valve discharge. Includes hinged lids and a Sew-Eurodrive 1 HP, 60 Hz, 230/460V, 1751 RPM motor. Complete with start/stop controls and a gearbox. Previously used in a food operation facility. New in 1994 and belts and gears have been upgraded. Approximately 44" clearance from bottom of valve to ground.
