General Information

Groen is a manufacturer of commercial and industrial cooking equipment, including steam-jacketed kettles, cookers, and mixing systems used in food processing operations. Swept-surface kettles combine indirect steam heating with mechanical agitation to promote uniform heat transfer and product mixing while helping reduce material buildup on heated surfaces. Typical applications include sauces, soups, gravies, dairy products, fillings, pastes, prepared foods, and other viscous or heat-sensitive formulations. Tilting kettle configurations provide additional flexibility for product handling, batch processing, and discharge operations.
