General Information

Double motion kettles combine a slow-speed sweep agitator with secondary product movement to provide excellent mixing performance while maximizing heat transfer efficiency. The scraping action continuously removes product from heated vessel walls, reducing fouling and improving batch consistency. These vessels are commonly used for sauces, dressings, soups, dairy products, confectionery products, fillings, cosmetic creams, and specialty chemical applications requiring controlled heating, cooling, blending, and product homogenization.
