General Information
Double motion kettles are designed for processing viscous and temperature-sensitive products where efficient heat transfer and thorough mixing are critical. The scrape agitators continuously sweep the vessel walls to prevent product buildup and scorching while improving heating and cooling efficiency. The counter-rotating center agitator promotes axial and radial mixing, ensuring uniform product consistency throughout the batch. These systems are commonly used for sauces, dressings, confectionery products, dairy formulations, fillings, creams, gels, and specialty food products requiring precise thermal processing.
