Description
Groen Model TDB/7-10 self-contained electrically heated steam jacketed kettle with 10-gallon capacity. Unit is configured for double motion agitation and includes the wide scraper agitator blade (currently less the center sweep agitator). Features scraper agitation, manual tilt discharge, and stainless steel construction. Equipped with 12.8 kW electric heating system operating on 208 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz power, eliminating the need for an external boiler. Mounted on a stainless steel mobile frame and includes controls, pressure gauge, and jacketed kettle bowl. Jacket is rated for 50 PSI at 300°F and carries National Board No. 8131.
