Description
Stainless steel dual shaft and double ribbon mixer with approximately 1,100-gallon working capacity (approximately 7,500 lb batch capacity), designed for blending of protein products, food ingredients, and other dense or semi-solid materials. Unit features dual counter-rotating ribbon agitators with inner and outer ribbons driven by a 15 HP motor. Equipped with dual 10-inch bottom discharge outlets and mounted with clearance for gravity discharge. Originally part of a matched two-unit system and includes shared control panel and Maddox step-up transformer. Model K6378.
