Description
Lee Industries 1,000-gallon double motion jacketed kettle constructed of 316L stainless steel with sanitary internal finish rated 20–30 RA and ground, flush welds. Unit features dished bottom with center bottom outlet and an agitator support channel with two-piece hinged stainless steel cover. Agitation system includes dual stacked 10 HP drives providing counter-rotating inner agitator and outer scraper agitator. Jacket rated for 100 PSI at 338°F. Includes (2) variable frequency drives (VFDs) for precise agitation control. Lee drawings available.
