Description
DC Norris glycol jacketed DA cooling vessel with approximately 210 gallon capacity. Vessel features 316 stainless steel wetted parts and 304 stainless steel non-wetted construction. Designed with cylindrical sides and insulated conical bottom. Equipped with a 5.5 kW bottom-base mounted scrape surface agitator with replaceable plastic scraper blades. Vessel includes a single hinged pressure lid, 3" side bottom discharge, and jacket rated for 45 PSI. Vessel working pressure rated approximately 15 PSI. Approximate vessel dimensions are 42" diameter x 62" straight wall with overall height of approximately 99" including 20" legs. Unit was built for rapid cooling of viscous or particulate food products.
