Description
DC Norris glycol jacketed static DA cooling vessel with approximately 125 gallon capacity based on internal dimensions of 37" diameter x 39" deep with 37.5" straight side, constructed with 316 stainless steel wetted parts and 304 stainless steel exterior, featuring a cylindrical body with insulated conical bottom for efficient discharge and overall diameter of approximately 50" including jacket, equipped with a bottom-mounted 5.5 kW scrape surface agitator fitted with approximately 9.5" x 3.5" replaceable plastic scraper blades for uniform cooling of viscous and particulate products, includes hinged pressure lid with top center inlets of 5", 3.5", and 1.5", and 4" bottom discharge, jacket configured for glycol service rated approximately 45 PSI with vessel working pressure approximately 15 PSI, mounted on approximately 35" legs with adjustable feet, unused condition and not placed into service, suitable for controlled cooling of sauces, soups, and similar processed food products requiring rapid heat transfer and gentle agitation.
