Rotating cutting drum measures 13” diameter x 27” long, features (8) cutting blades each measure 6 ½” x 2”. Can accommodate maximum block size of 28” wide x 12” high. Designed for flaking frozen or hard blocks of meat, poultry, fish, cheese, chocolate, and fruit.
