Description
Swifty Bagger 1200 pre-made pouch filling system with Star auger filler, designed for efficient handling of a wide range of dry products including powders, granules, and blended materials. Unit is capable of running pouch sizes from approximately 5.5" W x 7" up to 12" x 14", accommodating small scoops through large handled scoops via integrated scoop insertion system. System supports bag widths from 6" to 12" and lengths from 8" to 18", with zipper and notch capabilities, and can handle film structures down to approximately 2 mil thickness with bottom gussets up to 5". Last operated in 2024–2025. Designed for flexible production with magazine bag loading system and automated filling and sealing, making it suitable for food, nutraceutical, chemical, and specialty product packaging applications. Unit is available for inspection and can be reviewed in person.
