Description
Stainless steel Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) wash tank with electric heating and integrated recirculation system. Unit measures 24" wide x 96" long x 20" deep, providing approximately 120 gallons of capacity. Includes a 10 HP stainless steel Ampco centrifugal pump for high-flow circulation, controlled by variable frequency drive (VFD). Equipped with a Watlow EZ-ZONE digital temperature controller, high-temperature safety indicator, and stainless steel control panel with start/stop, e-stop, and main disconnect. Features a hinged stainless lid with handles, internal strainer basket, and side spray return line. Mounted on tubular stainless frame with locking casters for mobility. Ideal for external cleaning of fittings, valves, and hoses in food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical production.
