Description
Groen 300-gallon stainless steel kettle, model N300, jacketed for 100 PSI. Equipped with scraper agitation. Features include a hemispherical bottom, center bottom discharge with valve, bolted hinged lid, and stainless steel CIP spray ball with some piping. Agitator is drive by 3 HP Baldor Super-E motor (208-230/460V, 3-Phase, 1760 RPM), SEW-Eurodrive RF87 AM184 reducer (172.57:1), and Leeson Speedmaster Washguard motor controller. Mounted on pipe legs with load cells. Last used is starch processing application.
