Description
Stainless Steel Silo, 26,000-liter (approximately 6,870 gallon) vertical tank, fabricated from 304 stainless steel in 2022. Tank measures approximately 7'2" diameter x 22' straight side with a slight cone bottom and domed top. The bottom features a 3" clamp-style center outlet connected to an elbow pipe that extends out at the base of the straight side for complete drainage. Mounted on a square steel support base with four round legs. Nozzle configuration includes (4) 3" top inlets, (1) 3" top side inlet, a 3" clamp-style material inlet, and a 3" clamp-style bottom outlet. The tank is also equipped with a 13.5" x 18" oval side manway, internal spray ball, ladder hanger, multiple tri-clamp ports, and wiring for internal level instrumentation. Previously used for vegetable glycerin storage and processing.

General Information
This high-capacity vertical tank is constructed from 304 stainless steel and designed for sanitary or industrial use in applications such as vegetable glycerin, oils, and other liquid ingredients. The slight cone bottom and 3" elbow outlet configuration promote effective drainage while accommodating CIP integration. Multiple 3" inlets offer flexible process connectivity, and the tank is equipped with an internal spray ball and wiring for level instrumentation. Its square steel base with four round support legs provides structural stability for tall vertical installations. Originally used in a vegetable glycerin processing operation, the tank is well-suited for both storage and inline production use.
