Description
Anderson Dahlen dual-screw Holoflite thermal processor configured with (2) overlapping screws measuring 24" diameter x 20' long, fabricated from 316L stainless steel for sanitary and corrosive-resistant service. The intermeshing screw design promotes continuous conveying, mixing, and indirect heat transfer for high-moisture organic materials. Both the screws and jacket are rated for 100 PSI / full vacuum @ 350°F / -20°F. The unit was last operated in an animal feed application, dehydrating food waste prior to reuse, and was heated by a Fulton hot oil heating system. ASME Section VIII code constructed with National Board No. 344, Serial No. 327437C-1. Intended for continuous thermal processing duties requiring controlled heating in an enclosed system.

General Information
Anderson Dahlen designs and manufactures custom thermal processing equipment for demanding continuous-duty applications across food, feed, and byproduct recovery industries. Dual-screw Holoflite processors are commonly selected for indirect drying and moisture reduction of organic materials where consistent heat transfer and controlled residence time are critical. In animal feed and ingredient recovery operations, this style of processor is frequently used to stabilize food waste streams, reduce moisture content, and produce uniform feedstock suitable for downstream handling or pelletizing. The overlapping screw configuration allows effective processing of sticky or variable materials while maintaining enclosed, sanitary operation.
