Stainless steel screw conveyor with 12" diameter X 12' long screw, housed within a 13" wide trough. Auger is inclined and includes covers along the entire trough, with top and bottom covers hinged for internal access. The bottom of the conveyor is equipped with a 22" x 22" x 12" deep feed hopper, featuring sloped sides leading to the auger. Top of auger includes a 12" x 12" discharge opening situated at 28" high . The conveyor is driven by a top-mounted drive, 3 HP, 1760 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz, through Nord gearbox with a 16.66:1 ratio, via chain and sprocket assembly. All components unitized on a stainless steel frame. Previously utilized in the bag salad processing and packaging industry.
