Mueller 235 gallon stainless steel jacketed and agitated tank. Unit measures 48" diameter X 30" straight side with cone bottom leading to 3" diameter discharge. Tank is jacketed for 90 PSI at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes agitation with scrape attachment on bottom and side of shaft along with paddle attachment on bottom of shaft. Agitator driven by 1 HP, 230/460 V, 1725 rpm motor though gearbox. Includes dual hinged lid. National Board number 11795. Unit is ASME certified. Previously used in food operation.
