Used Marchant Schmidt volumetric powder dispensing system, Model MO1253001, Serial number 26688-004. New in 2011. The diameter of the hopper is 18” and in the bottom a cluster breaker is found that is powered by a separate motor that helps to prevent powder bridging. Main motor is a SEW type DRS71S4DH, 0.50 HP, 230YY/460Y Volt, 1700 RPM, 1.84 AMPS and 60 Hz. Unit has a stainless-steel frame with stairs that lead to the top section of the hopper for manual dump of the powder into the hopper. Unit on casters. Previously used at a food processing facility.
