Wenger Gas-Fired 2-Pass Screen Belt Drying System, Model 30G53-2, Manufactured in 2012. Each dryer pass consists of five 2.1 m (7.0 foot) long sections, totaling a drying area of 65 square meters (700 square feet). Additionally, three attached external cooler sections contribute to a cooling area of 19.5 square meters (210 square feet). The construction features an insulated enclosure with a maximum temperature of 175°C (350°F), housed within a welded mild steel tubular frame with insulated panels. Stainless steel components ensure corrosion resistance in key areas. High-temperature PPS mesh screen conveyors, with a maximum temperature of 350°F (177°C), facilitate efficient product movement. Powered by 460 VAC / 3 Phase / 60 Hz, this system is in very good condition, with minimal operating use. A complete unit with outfeed components and belt screen.
