Kaps-All Model A Inline Screw Capper. Capable of speeds up to 200 bottles per minute. Has single bottle grippers, three pair spindles and 24" diameter centrifugal cap sorter with adjustable cap chute and cap elevator. Cap size range of 13 to 70 mm, and accepts container sizes up to gallons. Includes table top container conveyor section. Offered with cap hopper with inclined feed elevator, Feed Systems model FSPF-24 rotary feed bowl, cap feed chute, double container gripper belts and 3-station, 6-spindle cap tightening section with start, stop and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on stainless steel base with conveyor frame (less belting and conveyor drive). Previously used to apply 2" diameter threaded screw caps onto spice jars. Runs on 220-volt. Last running 48mm caps.
