(2) National Bulk Equipment Bulk bag unloader with incline auger discharge and loss-in-weight load cells, handles bags up to 3800 lbs., all product contact parts are 304 stainless steel. Unitized within frame with an I-beam for hoist/trolley travel. The hoist is powered by a Harrington model NERM020L-L-15 electric motor, while the bag hanger supports bags. The bag support pan can hold up to 4000 lbs and conically shapes the bag bottom. The Adaptive E3TM Bag Spout Interface controls dust and spouting with an adjustable-height inner tube and housing. The system also includes 7-1/2" diameter stainless steel discharge auger within 195" long polyethylene tube, set at 168" discharge height, driven by 15 HP gearmotor. Includes loss-in-weight load cells. Never put into service.
