The fruit processing system is a comprehensive solution for commercial operations. It begins with a dump/receiving hopper featuring a 5' wide x 10' long belt conveyor with flat belt and approximately 24" high sidewalls along the length. The Farmco product sizer, measuring 5' wide x 7' long, consists of 18 rubber rollers with a diameter of 4" and includes a discharge chute for sorted fruits. The prewash tank, measuring 6-1/2' x 9' x 44" deep, incorporates an inclined cleated belt conveyor measuring 6' wide X 12' long. The belt has 3" high cleats spaced 6-1/2" apart. The subsequent belt conveyor features a stainless steel water basin measuring 6' x 15' x 4-1/2' deep. It includes approximately 8' of horizontal section and a 10' long inclined section, equipped with top-mounted spray nozzles for washing. Also includes small rotary screen with a reclaim reel, water basin, and an Ingersoll-Rand centrifugal pump with approximately 5 HP motor. The screen measured 16" diameter x 36" long, with approximately 1/8" diameter perforations. A 36" wide x 12' long flat belt conveyor with a neoprene-type belt and a discharge chute further transports the washed fruits. Finally, the system includes a stainless steel chopper pump driven by a 20 HP motor through a v-belt, featuring a 12" diameter x 48" pumping section with a stainless steel auger. Chopper pump is connected to a Waukesha Model 320U1 positive displacement pump with 4" diameter inlet & outlet, serial number 1000003086161, driven by 20 HP motor.
