Description

CVC Technologies Model CVC1205 IN-Line Spindle Capper. Capable of speeds up to 120 Bottles per minute (BPM). Cap diameter: 1 to 4-1/4" (25mm - 108mm). Cap height: 1/2 to 3/4" (13 - 19mm). Bottle diameter: 1-1/4 to 4-1/2" ( 32 - 114mm). Bottle height: 2 to 8-1/2" (51 - 216mm). (3) Delta S1 drives, NAiS GT30 HMI. Side gripper belt 1" wide x 32" long. Includes Elevator, belt 8-3/4" x 3-1/2". Capper and gripper belts driven by 1 HP, 220-Volt, AC motors. Capper includes inline spindle/quill capping section, cap feed chute, Touch screen control panel, power box, etc. Unitized on stainless steel base. Offered with cap elevator including cap hopper, and inclined discharge conveyor with adjustable cap height discharge to capping section. Also includes cap detector and reject system mounted on interconnecting belt conveyor.
