8’ x 15’ Ball Mill System with Air Classifier and Dust Collection. Silex-lined ANIVI ball mill driven by 275 kW (370 HP) motor through 10:1 gear reducer, inside dimensions measure 2420mm diameter by 4500 mm long. Includes girth ring, trunnions, and spare motor. System includes Ramsey Weigh Belt Feeder, 600 mm wide, with load cells, controls, and spare belt;  8’ diameter ANIVI-Sturtevant Dynamic Air Classifier driven by 25kW motor; (3) 9” diameter Jervis B. Web Screw Conveyors, measuring 12’, 20’, and 22’ long; (2) Mikro-Pulsaire Dust Collectors (model 49S-4-20, 461 Sq Ft and model 81S-8-20, 762 Sq Ft); and 40’ high ANIVI Bucket Elevator. Previously milling dry zircon with 7.5 Mohs hardness at capacity of 10 metric tons per day.
