Disintegrator Mill with 6" diameter grinding chamber. Includes 19-1/2" wide X 18" long pan with 4" high sidewalls, discharges through 5" wide X 2-1/2" high feed opening into 6" diameter grinding chamber with approximately 1/4" screen perforations. Includes 5-1/2" diameter center rotor with (3) 5" x 1" thick stirrup-type swinging hammers. Product discharges through 5" diameter outlet and includes top view port at discharge. Top pan is connected to hinged lid to fully expose hammers. Direct connected motor driven by 5 HP, 220 Volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 3460 RPM motor. Grinding chamber includes corrugated stainless steel liners along 75% of grinding chamber and other 25% includes perforated screen. Last used in tea grinding and packaging facility.
