Description
Hamilton 200-Gallon Stainless Steel Agitated Kettle with 3/4 jacket rated for 120 PSI at 342°F. Kettle features an approximately 48" diameter x 38" deep bowl with hemispherical bottom and 2-1/2" diameter center-bottom discharge. Includes a top-mounted full-sweep agitator, currently less drive and less scraper blades, and hinged split-lid top covers. Stainless steel construction is suited for food processing and other sanitary batch applications. Overall dimensions are approximately 69" L x 59" W x 70" H. National Board No. 4359. Previously used in a food processing facility. Includes agitator assembly and lids; agitator is less drive and scrapers.
