Viatec 333 Gallon Agitated Kettle with Jacketed U-trough and heavy-duty agitation, jacket rated for 165 PSI at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Trough measures 32” wide x 70” long x 36” deep with hinged lid with (2) 18” diameter & 6” diameter top openings, and 2-1/2” diameter bottom side outlet. Agitator includes stainless steel paddle agitators with scrapers, welded to common shaft. Driven by 5 HP motor. Viatec serial number 76529, National Board number 6481. Jacket has been patched. Last used in bakery industry.
