Phenix Equipment 1,000 Gallon Round-End Stainless steel Cheese Vat with Bottom Jacket and Agitator. Vat measures 53" wide x 15' long with curved ends (22' overall length). Offered with agitation that is bridge mounted including rotary sprocket and long rack with teeth to move agitator. Agitator is driven by approximately 1 HP motor thru v-belt mechanism and includes (2) 16" wide sweep paddles that run along the sides of the internals. Bottom of trough is slightly sloped and leads to 6" wide x 4" deep channel to 2" diameter discharges on each end. Last used in cheese operation.
