Adco Model AFCXV-30-3-SS Top Load Carton Former, rated for 460 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 20 AMPS, carton sizes of 3” to 17” long, 3” to 8” wide, .75” to 4.5” deep, with speeds up to 60 cycles per minute. Top load design, features (3) lanes and forming heads. Includes Nordson hot glue melt. Serial number 4955HG. Manufactured 2008. Previously used at processing and packaging facility for cakes and pies. Currently set up to run 5” wide x 8.5” long x 3” tall cartons.
