Stainless steel frozen meat grinder, rated between 6 – 12 tons per hour, all stainless-steel construction, includes 56” X 48” X 32” deep feed section with two sloped sides leading to 24” long X 12” wide grinding barrel. Product then discharges through die plate with approximately 1” diameter openings. Includes hinged safety cover at discharge. Grinder includes pre-cutter, knife and discharge die plate. Driven by 55 kW (~75 HP) drive through gearbox, rated for 460 V, 60 Hz, 47 output RPM. New in 2017. Manufactured by J Helper, Model JR-0300, Machine number EX–GR–201. Also includes stainless steel roof mounted above grinding section.
