LNPE Model LNI-180A Air Classifying Impact Mill, 24" diameter milling chamber, all stainless-steel construction. Driven by 30 kW (≈40 HP), 460 V, 3,565 RPM, 3-phase, 60 cycle motor through V- belt. Also includes center top mounted drive for classifier, driven by 7.5 KW, 3,525, RPM, 460 V, 3/60 cycle. Input size is set up for <3mm. Set of ultrafine grinding equipment combined with grinding and classifying system. High fineness, particle size can be controlled between 100~1500 mesh. Impact Mill is structured by crushing mill, hammers, grinding rails, cylinder and other components. Materials are ground between strong impact, friction, and shear forces to be crushed. Previously used in protein powder processing application.
