80 Gallon Lee Kettle, stainless steel construction, jacketed for 40 PSI working pressure at 290 degrees Fahrenheit. working temperature. Jacketed re-certified by John Lentz, rated for 80 PSI test and 40 PSI working pressure. Bowl measures 36" diameter by 25" deep. Unit includes basket strainer with 1/16" perforations. Features 2" center bottom outlet leading to 1.5" discharge, with 3/4" steam jacket connections.
