Sani-Matic 2-tank CIP System with Solution tank, Rinse tank, CIP supply pump, electric supply heater, process air filter, etc. Offered with 316L stainless steel tanks and all 316L contact parts. System is unitized within 304 stainless steel frame. Includes (2) 185-Gallon (700-liter) tanks, measuring 24" diameter X 96" straight side, ground and polished internals, one tank is insulated with 2" thick insulation and stainless-steel sheathing. CIP supply pump is a Fristam FPX-742/190mm 316L stainless sanitary centrifugal pump, driven by 15 HP motor, rated for 60 gallon per minute at 93 PSI with VFD. Electric supply heater is rated for 30 kW. Process air filter rated for 150 PSI at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. System includes cartridge filter, analyzers, valves, electrodes, flow meters, Wilden PTFE diaphragm pumps, level transmitters, level switches, level sensors, pressure transmitters, spray balls, diaphragm valves, etc. Modern HMI included and mounted on system skid.
