Used Dover 350 gallon double motion agitated, 316 stainless steel kettle, Model N-350. Includes Lee Industries double motion agitator assembly. Jacket rated for 90 PSI at 338 degrees Fahrenheit. Kettle measures 60" diameter x 46" deep; complete with hinged lid and dish bottom. Unit has 3" center bottom discharge. Agitators driven by 3 HP motor. Previously used in processing facility that manufactured condiments, jellies, dressing, sauces, and jams. National Board number 98471.
