ACM mill includes gravity style feed with flanged rotary valve feeder connected the milling chamber with rotor disc including (8) hammers with tungsten carbide tipping, radial blade classifier wheel, NiHard deflector grinding liners, dispersion ring, automatic lube system, etc. Driven by 350 HP main grinder motor and 50 HP classifier motor. Serial number 2173003C1. Offered with Donaldson Torit Model 484 RFW 10 AW dust collector with explosion proof vents for ACM mill, including 350 HP blower. Micron MS-4H air classification system rated for input rate of 9,000 pounds per hour, constructed of carbon steel with exchangeable ceramic wear blades, drive by 40 HP motor. Separator includes Schenk Process volumetric screw feeder, rotary airlock feed valve and coarse discharge valve. Classifier is offered with Donaldson Torit Model 232 RFW 10 AW dust collector with explosion proof vents, including 150 HP blower. System new in 2017 and has seen very little use.
