Votator CR16 whipper-emulsifier mixer with a 16" diameter rotor head with 2" diameter inlet & outlet, 316 stainless steel contacts. Model is a high shear, continuous rotor/stator, pin mill / mixer. Equipped with radial flow disc with high shear action, consisting of front & rear stator. Constructed of stainless steel. Driven by 10 HP, 230/460V, 1750 RPM, 3/60 Hz motor.
