Lee Model 60D9MT stainless-steel scrape surface agitated steam Kettle with tilt-out agitation. Includes jacket rated for 90 PSI jacket at 332 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Bowl measures 32" diameter x 24" deep with 2" center bottom outlet and FluidFlow A3 sanitary ball valve. Complete with pneumatically operated tilt-out agitation to completely remove agitator assembly. Agitation driven by 1-1/2 HP, 230/460V, 1730 RPM, 3/60Hz motor thru SM-Cyclo gearbox with 17:1 ratio and Lee drive gear assembly. Mounted on stainless steel stand with forklift slots. New in 2000. Previously used at food processing facility. Serial number 14577-1-2; National Board number 8164. Good condition.
