Description
Delaval/Contherm contherm scraped surface heat exchangers, 6" x 72", stainless steel, (4) nickel barrels, 7.5 HP, 230/460V, 60Hz motors. Mounted on mild steel frame. Last used by Heublein processing powdered/cooling drink mixes. Separate barrel serial numbers H809NPC, H815NPC, H807NPC, H827NPC. New in 1974 and 1975.
