Chocolate melter including Stainless steel jacketed 50 gallon tank, manufactured by Scott Turbon Mixer, tank measures 24" diameter X 31" straight side plus dish bottom, 1-1/2" center bottom outlet, open top. Mounted on stainless steel stand with grate standing area. Complete with electrically heated heat exchanger for jacket. Includes stainless steel pump driven by 3/4 HP, 208-230/460V, 3450 RPM, 3/60 Hz motor.
