Cleveland Model TMKDL80T Stainless-Steel Twin 80-Gallon Kettle with double motion agitation, sweep & fold agitator. Kettle bowl is 2/3 steam jacketed, rated for 50 PSI @ 298 degrees F / 32 degrees F. Electrically heated / self-contained unit. Includes tilt out agitation and tilt bowls, hydraulically operated. Includes 3 HP drive for Scraper/Agitator and Bridge Lift. Agitation - 0-40 RPM Scraper Speed with Variable Drive Ratio from 1:1 to 8:1. National Board number 20164, Serial number WT7621-89D-01. Frame is open leg base, all stainless steel construction.
