Top includes 2-piece hinged cover with bridge mounted agitator, driven by 3 HP, 230/460 Volts, 1700 RPM, ratio 19.53, final output 87 RPM, lids include (1) 24" x 14" grate and 3" diameter top side inlet. Bottom of bowl includes 4" center bottom outlet. Kettle is mounted on (4) mild stainless steel legs. Removed from food facility.
