Description
(2) Stainless steel 300 gallon jacketed tank, measuring 36" diameter x 66" straight side with Arde Barinco high shear mixer, Model C1-055359060BL, (Serial numbers 1469 and 1470). High shear mixer / homogenizer driven by 5 HP, 230/460V, 3475 RPM motor. Vessel also includes insulation around jacket. Unit has flat top with agitator mount, dish bottom with 2" center bottom discharge.
