Screw blancher, manufactured by Hughes co. Model number BLAID, serial number 7522. Measures 36" diameter x 13' long, all stainless steel construction. Screw encased in perforated screen guard. Includes piping on bottom of trough leading to 4-1/2" diameter outlet. Complete with four (4) hinged covers on each side of housing. Driven by 3 HP, 230/460V, 1720 RPM motor. Unitized on mild steel frame, very good condition.
