Description
EFS Inc Prodigy, Model FTO-3216, Serial number 2010-10-FTO, direct fired natural gas single pass oven, 1,400,000 BTU per hour, 34" wide x 12' long compound weave wire mesh oven conveyor, includes (9) bottom and (4) top infrared burners, 10" WC gas pressure, 480 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 16 AMPS, approximately 10' long oven cooking chamber with Sumitomo drive at 179:1 ratio, 2 HP, 9.78 RPM output. Includes 30" wide x 28" long, balanced weave wire mesh transfer conveyor with 1/2 HP gear drive, drive control, flame sensor, temperature panel, LH operator switch control panel, 3 HP blower to burner proportioning system, insulated hood, doors and cladding, tunnel enclosure, hood lift drive assembly, HD frame construction. Set up for 3-1/2" inlet clearance, 2-1/2" outlet clearance; Maximum clearance: 5" inlet & 4" outlet. Previously used in flatbread operation.
