Description
Stainless steel vacuum kettle/vacuum pan, approximately 600 gallon capacity. Unit measures 43" diameter X 103" tall with 24" jacket on bottom of vessel. Includes 12" flanged top inlet and 18" side manway with door. 2" center-bottom outlet. Manufactured by Kirsten. Previously used in food operation. Good condition.
