Unused Trane chiller plant including (2) 750 tons centrifugal chillers, Model CVHF 0570, new in 2015, (2) Marley 750 ton cooling towers. Evaporator rated for 1200 GPM design flow, condenser rated for 1365 GPM design flow. Cooling tower is a single cell open, crossflow, induced draft rated for 1200 GPM. Also includes associated pumps, valves, meters, controls, piping, etc. Includes 1500' of 8" chilled water pipe. Designed to be used at major data center. Also offered with (3) Marley 1,000 ton cooling towers. Like new condition.
