Lee Industries 150 gallon stainless steel agitated kettle. Jacket rated for 90 PSI @ 330 deg. F/-20 deg. F. Includes MixMor model GA-2 pneumatically driven agitator with 1" diameter stainless steel shaft and 13" diameter propeller blade. Kettle measures 42" diameter x 34" deep, Complete with hinged lid and hemispherical bottom. Unit has 2-1/2" center bottom discharge. Serial number 424T. Previously used in processing facility that manufactured condiments, jellies, dressing, sauces, and jams.
